Shipping Policy
We want to get you your Flicknsip products to you as soon as possible. We will ship your product the following business day after purchase.
Please note, unfortunately, we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse and is packed for shipping the following business day.
We ship with Australia's leading couriers; all parcels we send out using track and trace facilities and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
Flicknsip offers free shipping on orders $75 and up in Australia. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee.
Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Flicknsip products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days, providing it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased directly from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
